Since joining TCC during early 2013, Karen’s commitment to the delivery of training excellence has been instrumental in supporting the needs of the business in readiness for its next phase of growth.

As well as heading up the Training & Quality team, she has involved herself in essential initiatives and projects, implemented new processes and procedures of her own and even relocated her team in order to facilitate a smooth transition into one TCC’s busiest ever periods.

Employee training and development is at the heart of our business and Karen’s involvement is set to be key in introducing new talent management, coaching and personal development programmes.
