As a former client Jane joined TCC in 2008 and swiftly progressed to taking responsibility for managing our training and quality support teams, employing her previously gained customer service experience and a focus on talent development.

Having introduced a flexible quality management system, working closely with the sales and implementation teams, Jane has added value for clients and improved efficiency for TCC, overcoming significant challenges relating to timescale and complexity to deliver projects successfully.

As account manager for our highest-profile project of 2013, her current responsibilities include efficiently meeting client need, analysing customer data and partner feedback, ensuring any wider business changes are assessed and implemented effectively and minimising disruption to contact centre operations.
