Employee of the Month, May 2017- Jordan McWilliams

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, for the month of May: Jordan McWilliams.

Jordan is a Campaign Trainer, on a fast-paced, big brand, fashion retail campaign, who works extremely hard every day to ensure that his colleagues are feeling comfortable, confident in their knowledge and supported. Jordan is always extremely happy to help out where he can, including taking on tasks that are not directly related to his job role.

One example of this, would be the updated, structured Live Chat rota that Jordan devised to help out colleagues and Team Leaders on the campaign, after the client introduced Live Chat as a customer support channel. Jordan has also gone above and beyond his job role by using his superb knowledge of the campaign, and exemplary customer service, to help out in a Customer Relations role whilst the recruitment team look to fill this position permanently.

Here are just a few of the things Jordan’s colleagues had to say about him:

“He is always very willing to help out; nothing is ever too much trouble for him”

“He always has a way of making colleagues smile”

“Jordan has a positive attitude that brightens up everyone’s day”

“He has a great attitude: always willing to work, very approachable”

“Jordan helps out with briefings, never complains and always has a smile on his face”

We had a quick chat with Jordan to find out what he gets up to during his spare time and what he finds most challenging about his job…

In a years time, ideally, I’d like to be living in America and working in media production!
